Second, shipping times can vary; I am just one person who manages, makes, and ships everything in this shop on my own on top of my other job. This means that depending on the volume of orders I have, sometimes I can ship same day, sometimes it can take a week or two for something to ship. All I ask is for patience as I work to get all orders out as quickly as I can!
Now on to the specifics:
I use several different methods of shipping, depending on the product type. All orders are sent through the USPS.
Small, flat items (zines and stickers), are sent in untracked, stamped envelopes. If you would like tracking for these items domestically, you can do so here: https://clairethompson.bigcartel.com/product/domestic-tracking
If you would like to add tracking to your international order, you can do so here: https://clairethompson.bigcartel.com/product/international-tracking
All larger items (like prints, buttons, or any other items that can't be sent in an envelope) are automatically sent with tracking and it is included in the price of shipping.*
*Update as of July 2023: Currently, due to tarriffs and issues with the USPS, shipments to the UK and EU are sent UNTRACKED. Other interntational shipments are uneffected. Please contact me with any questions.
Adding tracking is only necessary for orders that only contain zines and/or stickers.
